The Villas At Baer Creek is a board and care home located in Kaysville, UT that offers a boutique environment. At a board and care home, residents can expect to receive a higher staff-to-resident ratio, compared to that of a larger senior living community, while also enjoying transportation arrangement and assistance with their activities of daily living (ADLs), some of which include maintaining continence (toileting), eating, and grooming. When living at The Villas At Baer Creek, residents can participate in small, organized group activities unique to the residents lives.

The Villas At Baer Creek is a 16 room facility that offer various studio and suite plans. Some including views of the creek and mountains. What a truly amazing and wonderful home The Villas Assisted Living in Kaysville Utah was for my Mom for 2 ½ years. The fact that it is a smaller facility made it even more excellent. Anytime my mom needed anything, they were exceptionally quick to respond.
The aides and staff, and even the Director were always there to help, cheer up, give extra care etc. It did not matter what their job description or duties were, whether an aide, the Director, the social director or the cooks, etc. they would take time to have personal visits with mom. If she was having a particularly difficult time or a “feeling down” day, I would often find one of them taking extra time out to sit and visit, cheer, do a spontaneous manicure or just hold her hand. She was NOT just a resident or patient to them. They each truly loved her and encouraged her even when things were hard to do for mom.
It is always so very hard when we cannot take care of our loved ones ourselves, but The Villas was amazing. The facility is beautiful, the staff so kind and wonderful, and Mom’s care was excellent . The bonus surprise for me was the inclusion and love that was extended to me and the rest of our family. They helped us through a very difficult time and will forever hold a special place in my heart.
The Villas has such a warm, loving, atmosphere. It is small and they are able to customize the care your loved one receives. My mother lived at The Villas for the last two years of her life. She was totally blind at the time and all the other places I looked at said that they wouldn’t be able to take care of her. The Villas were willing to accommodate her blindness. The CNA’s were of the highest quality and showed her so much love, treated her with respect, genuinely cared about her and kept her safe. Her room and all the areas were kept spotlessly clean and fresh. My mother was able to make friends with some the other residents through fun activities, games and field trips. She enjoyed visiting with her friends in the dining room with a cozy fire place as well as on the covered front porch during the warmer months. My sister and I have both said that we when we get old and aren’t able stay in our homes that we would love to get a room at The Villas.
The Villa’s at Baer Creek was home to our Mother for over five years. At the Villa’s, she wasn’t just a client, she was part of the Villa’s family and it was an amazing place for her to live out her final years. She loved every one of you! Words cannot truly express the gratitude our family has for the entire staff and management for the love, compassion, and amazing care that was given to our Mother. You all not only met her physical needs, but also showed her love at a time when she truly needed it. We will carry the memories of her time at the Villa’s, and the relationships that grew with all of you in our hearts forever.
